 School Newsletter Friday 23 June

Welcome to this week's newsletter.

As you know the school is closed for students for INSET on Monday 26 June.

Year 10 have exams from Tuesday until Friday next week. This weekend should therefore be a busy one for revision and they can use the INSET day on Monday for final revision.

The application process for becoming a Senior Prefect or Head Student is now open.  I spoke to Year 10 about what this entails in their assembly this week.  The deadline for applications is Wednesday next week.

We are putting the final preparations into place for our Year 11 Prom on Friday next week.  We look forward to celebrating the end of the exams with the year group and to mark their finishing of time at the school.

Finally I would like to bring your attention to a letter in the newsletter from Headteachers seeking Fair and Adequate School Funding for all our students.

I hope you have a restful weekend.

Stewart Furini | Head of Upper School
