 School Newsletter Friday 19 May

Welcome to this week's newsletter.

The exams have started and Year 11 have made a wonderful start to this testing time of year. I'm looking forward to our Leavers Assembly on Friday next week when we bid a formal farewell to them.  The next occasion we will be together as a Year group will be the Prom at the end of June.

Arrangements for Study Privileges should be clear – those students without these privileges must attend lessons according to the daily information sent home each day by Mrs Cumming.  After the half-term break, all Year 11 students will have study leave and will only be expected to attend school for exams.  However, there will be some revision sessions offered during this period which students are encouraged to come to.

Next week, Year 10 students taking Geography have their Exam Field trip and there is an English Literature end of unit assessment on Thursday.

Tomorrow we are open from 10.00am - 4.00pm for our Stringer Open House Festival. We are excited to be part of the Fiveways Open Houses Trail more details in the newsletter below.

Have a great weekend.
