 School Newsletter Friday 13 October

Welcome to this week's newsletter.

We had our Open Evening last night which is a busy night for the school. I'd like to thank all the students who helped, it's always a great night to see our students in action showing prospective parents what our school is like.

The change of the clocks this month is a sign that colder, darker evenings will be upon us. With this in a mind, a reminder that hoodies and sweatshirts don't count as school coats so if you need to provide a new coat for your child for next half-term, please avoid these items.

School will reopen at 8.45am on Monday 30 October, we will be back on a timetable week 1.

Thanks to all our parents and carers who donated to our Harvest Appeal which Mr Bradford delivered to Off the Fence today.

Tickets are still on sale for our Comedy Night - it's a great opportunity to meet with other parents and carers in your child's tutor groups. See details on the website.

I hope you have a restful half-term break.

Giles Ward | Head of Lower School
