If you can't Log on...
- You must be a registered user to log in to the Gateway.
If you are a parent of a student a Dorothy Stringer School, you must complete and return a registration form. This can be downloaded here
- If you are registered but have forgotten your username or password, you can request a reminder here.
- Please ensure that you are using one of the supported browsers listed below.

If the gateway appears to hang when you download a file...
It is recommended that you select "This is a private computer" when connecting from home. This will ensure that you are not prompted for your password everytime you download a file and will provide a richer interface.
However, please select "This is a public or shared computer" if you are logging on from an insecure location such as a library, a friend's house or an internet cafe"
